RIP Van WinkletteRIP Van Winklette is the alter-ego of a seasoned sound artist and former community radio host Marva Jackson Lord, who has been weaving eclectic soundscapes since the 1980s. Known for adventurous sets that slip between genres, spanning reggae, funk, rock, experimental, African rhythms, and underground spoken word, she brings the same energy that once fuelled her decade as a DJ in Toronto's music scene to the dance floor today. Her style is playful, layered, and surprising: expect deep cuts, unexpected blends, and a touch of poetry between the beats.
Neilly’B A veteran of the 90’s rave and free party scene - who as he has aged found music live in so many genres .Held a 6 year residency at Lavish Lounge - latitude festival playing with some greats. One of the Mallyfest crew and regular at the Muse. Expect some genre bending on a funky tip with a pick me up later if that’s what the crowd wants .
